all the ones listed are pretty good, i would have to go with muay thai or bjj just cause i know a little about them and i know they work. over all i would say many kung fu styles have lost sight of reality (not includeing wing chun, san soo, baji quan,) boxing is great but if you get taken down its over.

in regaurds to the idea that fighting makes you a better MA it is a kind of double edge sword, on one hand you have applied the techniques you know and on the other you used your MA to beat some body up (does not apply if you where defending your self)

when i got into my first fight i was really worried that my family would be sued because his dad was a lawyer and i really beat the crap out of the guy (i was provoked) but then it turned out the guys dad thought i was in the right and even called my family and appoligized of his son.

chill man learn to like the people you dislike i have never been picked on cause im an athlete but i hate it when people pick on other people. my only real experience haveing this is when this guy was being a bigot about religious things so i took it for about a week (this was pretty bad stuff he was saying) the next time he said something i told him to put his hands up (i was't going to sucker punch the guy) then i proceded to punch him grapple him to the floor and choke him. the stuff stoped that very day. (i later apoligised and even though we dont talk i dont hate him)

Kyokushin vs Other Karate Styles. Cold Hard Facts!!!!!
Muaythaiboxer replied to Profacci's topic in Karate
i have to say it but there are better styles than others. the average boxer will ko the average TKD guy with ease not because the boxer trains harder but that the style is more practicle. i know TKD guys who train very very hard and put up a good fight but the style is just less practicle. -
Heeeeeee's baaaaaaaaaack !!!!! LOL believe it or not nearly every thing gets better when your relaxed. speed, power, and theres less teligraph. comeing frome very stiff styles i was way to tense and after i took a little kung fu i started to relax and i got better.
