to shave or not to shave?...that is the question

eh, i have average body hair. i wouldnt let it go too out of control. the question is the face. should i leteth my teenager beard girl, or do the ladies like guys with a shaved face? im still deciding on this. what do you people like out there? -
$100 per month for brasilian jiu-jistu 3 times a week. if i want to do no gi as well, its $135 and i can go 5 times a week. i only do 100 for now, its reasonable and im really happy where i am.

i saw the nothing remians tour with 3 inches of blood, all that remains, 6 feet under, and chimiara. if this tour comes by any of you guys, check it out, it was awesome!!! i had a lot of fun. just sahring my expeirence,lol.

haha, yeah, im sure you make a lot tapout by now. but ill just try and keep at it. everyone feels good when they make someoen tap out on thier first time, i guess. good luck to all of you. -

sweet, today again i got someone else, but this time it was with an arm bar from the knee on stomach. im happy, yay. he got me the second time though, but its a good feeling. -
today i tapped out someone in ym class for the first time. awesome. i mounted him and put my arm around his neck and squeezed hard. its actually the same move some wrestling kids would get me in and that i needed help on my other topic. i guess the move you get beat by can help you out. but yeah, im happy about it, sorry about posting on this,lol. he tapped me out like 3 times, but come on, thats not the point, hehe. how did you guys feel when you first tapped someone out?

lol,was it light contact or full contact?we were playing the regular roda, and at the time i was still kind of a begginer, and had to get used to doing the sciva, especially twice in a row. i did it once when he did a mea lua di frente, and got hit with the kick he followed which i believe was a mea lua di tras. so it was full contact i guess, i kept fighting, but it hurt a lot,lol. -

isnt is it kind of easy for a bigger person to powerbomb the one hes doing the triagnle on? like if the maker of this topic is bigger than his opponent, he can powerbomb his opponent? -

yeah, i didint think they would hurt from exercising them too much, but ouch. i did some ab exercises today, more than my body cn probably handle, and now they are hurting me. so, keep that in mind when you do your ab work. this cant be dangerous can it? im only 17, and i ehard im still growing. i just dont want to do anything that will mess my abs and metaloblism and stuff. ni exercise for me tomororw.

$4? aitn abd at all, i might start getting it. i want to increase my knowledge on health (im thinking about being a personal trainer or nutrionanist). the only thing i dont get in the book is in the phase one routine, it doesnt say how much sets i should do of each exercise, and how ling i should wait between them. ill keep trying, thanks.

i took it for a year, its a lot of fun. capoiera in the right hands can be devastating, but it depends on the condition of the person. its an art that takes time to grasp it. there are more practical arts out there, but if you can get good at capoiera, it can really put a hurting on someone. if you stick with capoiera, it alone will get you into great shape, which is always helpful in a fight.
