I spent 20 minutes thinking about this then searching for the answer. If I had only moved down the page a bit I would have found the answer so conveniently left by kenpo.stylist. Good one!
I have been looking for the meaning for 50+ years and the closest I have ever come is locked withing a song by Five for Fighting "The Riddle." I have spend my life since then taking apart the pices of the song to find the answer. As Bushido Man suggested...enjoy it.
Years ago I put a ball up on a box that stood over my head and went to jump and crest kick it off the box. The ball went off fine but my foot stopped over the outer edge of the box. Needless to say I landed and bruized by ego.
Sohan, I understand that there is always room for improvement in everyone but...if you improve too much more...I can't even comprehend it beyond that. My hat is off to you!
I am well over 40 and still train. There is karate for young men and karate for old men. The difference is in the way you train. After 40 and especially after 50 you start to realize that you are not 18 anymore. Once you get over the shock it is not too bad
I train to some degree every day but I do not train using the same method every day. When I hurt something a lot I give it a chance to rest before continuing
Got it under 7 my last try, but it was rough. 6:57. The body is capable of so much more than we think it is. With respect, Sohan Sohan. That is impressive as all daylight!
Golf, although some do not consider it a sport I do not take a cart (either mororized or pull) and I carry my own bags. I use to play football, baseball and I would mop up the ice in hockey (that is I was always on my rear end it seemed)
100 in 7:48! I assume that you mean minutes....Gee I think that it may take me 7.48 days to do that many...ok, I lied 7.48 weeks The thought of doing burpees took me back to high school. I have had trouble sleeping since.
