WOW... that sucks. It is important to stretch and properly take care of your body. You only get one! Good luck with the recovery! Hopefully it will be quick!

I'm dressing up as a woman. Doesn't mean I have to tell my wife I see it as a problem at all. Have a safe night!

Instead, point and shout, "Look it's the Goodyear blimp!" Then turn and run. Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure! A true classic!

Yeah, those shows make me sick. Along with all the diet pills that people take, and complain when they don't lose anything. I was at a dinner the other night, and my friends girl frined lost 25lbs on some pill that her doctor prescribed. My buddy looked at me and said "Ha, and she barely works out, and you workout all the time, and eat nasty food". Things like this tick me off. Think of how hard I have worked. Oh well. It will pay off in the end. Well, the salmon doesn't stink when it's not being cooked. I usually do it on the George Forman grill, and that lets off alot of fums Her stomach gets upset easily, so you can imagine how happy she gets when I do that. It's even gotten to the point she bakes it all for me. It tastes better that way too -
What's to say that they're not a Black belt in BJJ, MMA, Judo... bla bla bla Now, you have just invited a challenge in, and now you have no where to go. Does he have a weapon? Is he willing to be leathal? Have you ever been in a street fight to know how to react? your nerves are flying, adrenaline is up, and you probably aren't focused. Many things need to be considered before lending a hand. 1. Call the authorities first. If the fight does start, and get outta control, help is on the way. 2. If it does get out of control, can you get away?

Well put. 10 improperly done push-ups are about the equivalent to 1 properly done pushup. Form and technique is everything. Do not rush through. In time, your muscle will grow, and your strength will increase. The important thing to remember is to never stop trying.

Saw II. It was a good movie, but very... VERY bloody, and gorry Yeah, my wife shut her eyes through half of it. People were cringing and all.. It was a awesome movie, it they just cut out all the f-bombs, and blood. -
You need to tell yourself that you can do more than one pushup. I only use to be able to do 7. I can now do 35, which isn't great at all (slowly, not cheating). Work on it every day. Try to do one more every day. When you get to that last one, hold yourslef up at about 90%. Don't like your elbows. Hold this for as long as you can. You'll hit muscle failure this way. Remember, your mind will tell you to shut down, before your muscles will.

Well, I have yet to obtain my BB, but I know for a fact that that is when the real training begins. I guess that is why I find it so funny that most parents only want their kids to get Black belt. -

Is this the root style, or did this branch off from anything? I'm trying to do some research on it, but I wanted to know if it's a branch of another art, or if this is the root. I know that Fumio Demura is Shihan in this style, but that's really all it tells me about it.

Karate "Empty hand" is a MA Kata "Form" is exactly that. A form of movements simulating a fight (steps, strikes and various blocking movements. Kata is not a style. If you're looking for a style of Karate, check out this link. http://tkdtutor.com/ Look under Karate Styles.
