Window cleaners for sky scrapers

You might want to check out Aikido. I know it's an art that not many people like, but my uncle has hip problems, and a bad knee and he's doing great in it.

Yup, the oil is separated on top, so you need to stir it good, or the bottom will dry up. I usually buy two at a time. Smuckers (Reduced fat) All-Natural PB is the best tasting. When I was on my bulk cycle, I was taking in 2 tbsps a day.

Before you take this to a new level, perhaps you should make sure when you get into this fight, you can handle your own. First, take the time to sit down and talk to the athorities. If they offer you no help, let them know you will be forced to defend yourself. If they will not back down after throwing rocks, do not turn the other cheak. Make sure first you have taken all the right steps to resolve this in a non-violent way. Two wrongs don't make a right, but I also think it's wrong for you to seek help, not get it, then be tormented. Stick up for yourself!

Awesome! A much clearer picture now!

Wow.... there is a lot of fat in there. Reduced fat PB? That has a lot of junk in it. Get rid of it. Stick to all natural PB..... and a triple decker? Come on man... Taco's... spaghetti? Cut all this out. Do I see you lifting three times a day? You're lifting too much. You're over training. Lift once a day, 60-90 minutes. You need to get a fast source of protein in your system no later than 45 minutes after you workout (whey with water) Get rid of the wheaties. Kashi is ok, but not a big bowl. If you want an awesome pre-workout, eat 4-5 egg whites, one whole egg, and 100% whole grain wheat toast (1 hour before workout). Try to limit yourself to 2 slices of bread a day. You can eat other types of carbs, just clean carbs. Oatmeal is awsome, so is cottage cheese. Working your chest every other day is a big NO-NO. Your body needs more rest than that. 48 hours per muscle group. Same with triceps. Your not allowing them to recover and they will not grow. Congrats on your weight gain, but given your current diet I have to wonder how much was lean mass and how much was fat. Have you had your body fat measured yet? Please do not take this the wrong way, I'm not trying to pick on you or insult you in anyway, I just see a lot of things that are wrong in here and if fixed can bring your gains up, and your body fat down as well as throw in that definition that you say your not going for, but all the ladies love

Frustrated and Nervous

You need to relax. When it is time, they will all break. The important thing is that you have a lesson to still learn; Patients. Nothing happens when you want it to. -
I think your Doctor is just erroring on the side of caution. I would give it some time, then test the way. You might not be able to hit up kicking like before, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to train in MA, or a different style that's less striking.

Oh... some other things that I forgot. - Train with intensity. If you train like an animal, you'll resemble that. If you train like a little boy, you'll resemble that too - Remember that your bench is only going to be as strong as your triceps and shoulders are. This is a pushing exercise. If you train your triceps and shoulders hard too, your bench will increase. - Forget about comparing yourself to others. No two people are alike, and there is always someone bigger, stronger, and faster than you. - Set goals. Increasing your bench 5lbs every 3 weeks is good. I started training hard back in June. I have increase my bench 45lbs since then. Keep us informed! Good luck! -O

You're asking a question that is not one that we can give. Genetics plays a big roll in this. I have seen people who weigh less than me put up more weight than I can, and have only been lifting for a few months. A couple things to remember. -Stay between 8-10 reps, 3 sets. -3 exercise per group (Incline bench, flat bench, dumbell/cable flys) -If you're looking for endurance, train with less weight, but higher reps (12-15) -If you're looking for strength, lift heavy, 4-6 reps. -Just like Martial arts, technique is everything. If your form is off, you won't be hitting the target muscle groups correctly, or you could do damage to your body. -Eat properly. You need a clean diet with a caloric intake over 2600 maybe even 3000 to put on mass. Get yourself on a 40/40/20 % diet 40 - protein 40 - carbs 20 - fats -Above all, give it time. Losing/gaining weight is a test of patients and dedication. -REST IS A MUST. Make sure you get atleast 7 hours of sleep a night. Your muscle groups need this to recover. Good luck!

I'm still searching for my mentor. I envy you all! -
search karate schools in your area?
orion82698 replied to shinnekodo's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
This is the way it should be done. A website doesn't tell you how good your intructor is, well... actually... it does "Johnny has a 5th degree Black belt which he got back packing through the hills of bla bla bla" Word of mouth is the best, but then you need to consider the source of that person telling you. If they're honest and seem to know what they're talking about, the likely hood is, you have found a good school. Do some window shopping on your own. Use your gut feeling. -
Awesome information!

Get rid of the Cheeseburger. Eat healty meats (Steak, chicken, salmon). Stick to Whole wheat bread, but try to eat no more than 2 slices a day. You need to get yourself on a 40/40/20 diet. This means 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat Checkout https://www.fitday.com https://www.nutritiondata.com Both are excellent! It has helped me greatly with my diet! Try to work your abs every other day, not every day. Your abs are like every other muscle group, they need rest. Try to start taking a multi-vitamin and some Omega 3-6-9 supplements. Clean carbs are: oatmeal (not the instant stuff), brown rice, whole wheat bread Protein: Meats, fish, poultry, cottage cheese, whey protein shakes Stay consistant with cardio, and your workouts and they'll start to make their way out more. Trust me! I have gone from 255lbs to 189lbs, from a size 42 to a size 36, 37% Bodyfat to 16.8% and it's all from a good diet and workout! Good luck!

Great advice! -
Good luck with the surgury KK! Remember, it could always be worse. I have a close friend that was in a motor cycle accident. He was big into body building. Pretty huge too! His accident was 2 years ago, and even after two surguries, still have problems lifting. He has gone down a lot in size. You'll be in my prayers!

orion82698 replied to Russell's topic in Health and Fitness
LOL... Muscle. As well for losing fat too. -
A buddy of mine had me place a 45lbs plate on his back, then proceded to 53 pushups. A killer tricep workout too! Remember, Biceps are only as good as your triceps!
