the key to bruce lee's speed was non-intention

a punching bag, or a speed ball would benefit in strengthing your arms since they are equipment which focus soley on your arms ok so you can kick them, but i dont know about kicking a speedball, i heard bruce lee could do it

i think it would be correct to say a person is a grand master when they are lets say 10th dan, or the highest dan or stage in a particular art, you could say that Bruce Lee was the master of JKD, since he invented it and new everthing about it, which then comes on to next point, i would imagine that a grand master would be the creator of an art, such as judo or shotokan karate

plenty, which i am sure most of you will feel is wrong, i didnt really use that much martial arts, but the blocking really did help though, you loose it and you cant really think most of the fights i were in were due to other people starting on me, and normally they would come in about 2's and are normally older than me
