  5. i have been told, and from the responses here that the belt system doesnt seem to be popular with the chinese arts, ecspecially wing chung or JKD, i dont have knowledge upon this but with the two chinese arts that i study ; ho-gar kung fu and chinese kickboxing, they both require that i wear a belt, that belt system for both arts are the following white (u have to earn it) yellow orange green blue purple brown the black, does the chinese arts that you practise include the wearing of the belt, but if not, why??
  6. all of the characters are based on real martial arts Hworang - TKD Eddy - Capioera Lei - Chinse martial arts, (notice the crance stance, and drunken boxing) Jin - Kazama Karate etc... some moves are adapted from the real arts if you watch the intro you will see real forms beign performed, though some of the moves are slightly exaggerated, such as hwoarangs hunting hawk

  9. be careful though the blitz always doesnt work to how u hope it to be , for example, say if your opponent i doing the following combo, round kick, spinning kick, back kick but you dont know this, so you back up after the round kick and spinning kick, so then you go straight into the blitz, not knowing that he is going to do a back kick, and in the end you run straight into the back kick always make sure that the opponent wont be able to hit you just how he want to when you run up to him, throw him a dummy to put him of course and then go straight at him

  14. i didnt mean to offend you Dzhub, i dont think your are fat ass, you just wanna loose weight, like everybody here, for real, try out the timing excersises, they really help, well its up to i must emphazise spinninggumby that aerobic excersie ISNT the best way to loose weight, anerobic excercise are, short fast bursts excercises loose more weight than cross country runs

  16. well i would consider myself one of the lucky ones, since i am left handed , but rightfooted, so if i go into a left stance, i have my stronger hand for the jab, which is quicker and stronger than the cross, and i have my stronger leg, for my rear leg, which is the leg we always use in a fight, instead of doing those annoying step kicks
  17. sure ill give it a try listen to what i say though, dont just think its any old bullshit and you have heard it all b4, try the things i tell you, and i am sure you will loose some weight, lets start of with the basics, eating right, well that seems to do nothing right?, yeah thought so, lets do some excercise, your probably thinkin that "oh crap i cant be arsed", well get of your arse and do some, the best way to loose weight, and to reach "the fat burning zone", is do what is known ad your anerobic threshold, what the hell am i on about?, i tell you, when you reach anaerobic threshold you are breathing intensely, but its not the oxygen from the air your using up, its the energy and FAT in the body that provides the body to resore its self to its natural resting heart beat GREAT, but how exactly do i reach this threshold??, in order to this , you need to do sets of press ups and crunches, turning kicks, squat thrusts, whatever floats your both, under a timed session, for example, how many press ups you could do in a minute, if you keep up timed excercises, and see how much you could do in a set time, then it will REALLY benefit you, and it will make you reach the anaerobic threshold that you want, measure yourself each month or week, to see how the number of excercises increases gradually, and also how you will be loosing loads of pounds of weight, if you want to stretch yourself more, and see how long you could timed excercise in a different timing session, then i suggest your try the tabata timing system, if you want info on that, then pm the man jack, i dont wanna get credit for what he told me, or you could check out this link, courtesy of jack http://www.cbass.com/interval.htm if you have any more queries just pm me, peace
