  9. after studing the martial arts most of my life.i'm sold on this one today....i must sign up now.........where are those schools now.....oops cant find one. maybe tomorrow, cant wait to learn that death kick.
  10. well jack, i enjoy the palgwe forms (poomse) also because of all the basic stances and techniques it stresses. the theme of the palgwe poomses center around the mutuality of opposing concepts in the universe which are constantly,changing,developing,and combining. moreover, that the sky and earth, man and woman, good and bad, and so on,all meet and depart according to the constant rule of change and cooperation,conflict and harmony. all of which create and maintain the balance of the universe. just a little information for you. one of my personal favorites is the palgwe poomse pal jang. :nod:
