ok people how many of you use the spinning back fist? me? well training and living in canada we dont use it because it is an illegal technique....i kinda favour this because the 2 or 3 times that i have fought in the states i have always gotten a black eye from my oponents elbows because they dont extend their arm all the way and second i think it is kinda a cheesy move what do you people think?

ill tell ya this man they aint never gonna cure cancer because there is no money in the cure......the money is in the medicine. kinda reminds me of a drug dealer, they get their money on the comeback hence thats what the government is a bunch god damn drug dealers they keep getting their money on the comeback everytime people need medicine for their condition.........they aint gonna cure cancer! chris rock said things along the lines of this and i gotta tell ya i agree with him!

i do not agree with dropping your lead hand when roundhousing with your lead leg because somebody who is a very skilled fighter will see that, time it and make you pay for it!

Prodigy-Child replied to Angus's topic in BJJ, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and Grappling Martial Arts

Prodigy-Child replied to kicker's topic in BJJ, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and Grappling Martial Arts
WE HAVE a judo sensei who teaches us along side with our jiu jitsu sensei.....he is also very skilled in alot of other arts and has black belts in them anyway i love judo....almost as much as kickboxing and jiu jitsu we do alot of stand up randori stuff in class and just throw eachother on our heads i look forward to competing in judo later on once we get hooked up with a judo association -
Grappling Arts
Prodigy-Child replied to Kickbutt's topic in BJJ, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and Grappling Martial Arts
grappling is a very good skill and if you wanna be a good all rounded fighter then you need grappling along with striking! gracie jiu jitsu is very good as everyone has been telling you i do the canadian style of jiu jitsu that is sanctioned under the Canadian Jiu Jitsu Association......our jiu jitsu encompases throws locks punches kicks and grappling so it is a good art that trains you well for the street as well as for competition -
another thing for the people who are flying dont say any stupid crap on the plane.....stuff like hijacks, terrorist, guns, bombs or anything like that......they will book your ass in a second for that just reminding some of the people who dont know but i hope everyone has that much common sense!

Backyard Sparring
Prodigy-Child replied to Slim's topic in MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Competitive Fighting
the reason why backyard sparring isnt gonna be that great of an idea is cuz there probobly wont be a person there (eg. a sensei or instructor) to point out mistakes and cool down the situation when people start hitting eachother really hard and stop the session before somebody gets hurt thats all! -
