  1. good luck in this hopefully better school that was way out of order by the other school when some comman curtacy was needed to help people maintain training in a time of need.
  2. your goinna get really tired quickly and the more tired you get the harder it will be to defend yourself slowing you down and allowing others to catch up bad idea in my opinion best to just run away
  3. eat more greens like broccoli and spinnish. These contain iron which is essential in the production of red blood cells which carry oxygen to different parts of your body ive had the same problem i didnt have enough iron and felt tired all the time now i have extreame stamina and can last without sleep for longer When you have less oxygen there is less of a reaction in your muscles and cells. Oxygen + Glucose= Carbondioxide + water + energy The more glucose and oxygen you have the more energy you have as sypol as that. I do biologie so i know my stuff lol

    i think its because you cant go outside and have a good time without getting soaked and having all the hastle and changing and whatever

  14. i like it but i think you should do just a bit of exercise on sunday mabey go through a kata or two in about 10 min just to keep you active and sharpe other than that it looks great now youve just got to stick with it thats the hard bit lol
  15. i think clean and new always looks better and old one just makes you look like you need a new one
  16. pull you trousers up higher and tie your belt lower it will help keep your trousers from coming loose

  24. i think bruce less is the only person that is truly a master of JKD the same is true with all founders of the style. I belive in the fact that the student is never better than the teacher(doesnt mean he cant be as good)
