  1. when you are young a little training every day will result in almost instant reward ( you will notice a difference in about 2 weeks). Try doing circles keep circling your hands for 5-6 minuits it really builds up ur arms also try cardiovascular exercies as this reduces body fat and allows better muscle toning and strength
  2. make sure ur nerves dont get the best of you. A girl was taking her karate grading and she collapsed because she was so nervous that she didnt have any brekfast. Try to relax and give it ur best shot gd luck
