  8. i have 26 and i know 12 i have been training for 7 years so that is 1 year and about 7 monthas per kata ill hopfully be 40 whwen i kno them all but hopefully ill know them in a few years i teach myself the katas from videos so i know where i am going so when it comes to learning them i am one step ahead of everyone else

  11. welcome im only 16 and have been training for 7 years but started when 7 i think i have got some catching up to do.
  12. punch air or kick instead till it heals it wont heal if you keep punching things dring a lot of milk that will help
  13. just do it how you did it in your grading full effort and precision is very improtant
  14. the thai kick sounds a bit strange to me becuase im used to snapping i suppose you can grab the leg in muai thai whigh makes it bad in street situations as someone can just grab your leg however it is much better in competition and muai thai fights rule!!

  20. european knite their swords are a lot stronger than katanas athough heavier if they are skilled the katana would break in one hit if hit hard enough
  21. its weird i never really thought of fencing as a martial art but somepoeple all yoga a martial art which is weird so if that is one fencing has to be one
  22. i kno some of that and some i didnt i dont do weights endurance is better than having a lot of muscle although that article will be helpful to other ppeople that do weights i read itr incase i decide to do them lol
