same as menjo if you do a kata with 100% then you are tired and i do about 5 of them by the time im finnished i can hardly stand coz i dont have a break in between them works wonders and builds up leg muscles
Stay in school, get a good education and make something of yourself. Wanting to be a warrior isn't a good goal to have, but being a good martial artist is. They are not the same thing. good point
i do 1 class a week and i recomend doing more or the same as everyone else does that way you dont get behind or you could practice more a home to make up for it like i do but i still seem to get behind
i beg to differ with zaine its all in yuo legs if you practice every day you will get it. I have seen kung fu students that do this without hands and they learn from a young age but it shouldnt stop you trying
if you do shotokan is the person testing you hirokazu kanazawa or one of his equivalent students?? if so work hard i think the most important thing is to belive you will pass i have never failed a grading and am very proud of that fact i have never thought i was going to fail
