  1. ^ i often eat red meat for dinner now i think about it your right its not great as it takes so long to digest. i might start having my big meal in the middle of the day and have a smaller meal later on. im used to having my biggest meal for dinner which i know isnt so great and i dont have enough time during the day to eat 6 small meals

  4. ive always been told to look at the persons eyes. the eyes give everything away. its the same when i used to play steetball when i was younger in a 1 on 1 situation you look at the persons eyes not at the ball.
  5. haha as it goes i was stayin with my family so i think its coz i had loads of my training gear with me as well as all my clothes.

  7. ^ yeah thats right. i haven't been training the last few months as much as i was (5 days a week) but when i was i was doing lots of core exercises. my lower back is fine and i think thats due to me squatting twice a week with over 100k. but i was the middle and upper parts of my back that got hurt. what would be go to do to strenghten that?
  8. i went 2 the A&E last night and i told the doc that i think i have pulled a muscle on each side of my back and that along the side of my spine it feels tender i moved my hands up my back llightly pushing and it doesn't hurt any more then usual when i do that. so he did that and a few other things and told me that i was right that i have pulled a muscle on each side. he told me not to go back to training for another week at least. as far as the pain well im in pain right now and most of the day and it hurts alot. Damn that means im going to miss grading AGAIN due to another injury i haven't graded since last yr april due to injuries :'( Thanks for all the advice guys:)
  9. yes i agree^ i have short arms too and i often have a problem getting inside so i have to often be willing to take a hit to give one. but the more you practice that the better you will be and being able to get in and give a hit with out taking one.
  10. its different for everyone ive seen loads of thai fighters who as skinny as hell and they dont have a 6 pac and then theres the wrestler kurt angle who has a pop belly and still has a 6 pac. just keep training harder.
  11. ^ ha we dont get twinkies over here. it was just me carrying a really big and heavy bag on one shoulder that did it i also had a bruse on my shoulder/chest from the bag strap. yes stupid i know but my arms were tired from carying it so i put it on my back.

  13. Ahh cool i only watched number 1 a few weeks ago for the first time and liked it alot the fight scene on the oil was crazy. lookin forward to part 2.
  14. ive hurt my back carrying my luggage on my back last week thursday night coming back from holiday and i have been stretching my back lightly since i think its a pulled muscle. but its been getting worse the last few days if keeps getting worse ill see a doc in a few days. which back stretches do you do? also which exercise can i still do with out hurting my back? would bench presses be ok? as im lying straight on my bench. Thanks
  15. if i dont train much like the last few months due to different reasons but when i do i also notice a change in me, i become either short tempered or kinda low/depressed and i dont feel like doing anything. i also get bursts of energy from time 2 time and id give anything just to spar with someone so i just throw a new punches and kicks, does anyone else get that?

  19. do u wana lose or add weight do u want strength or muscle gaining training do u want a general program?
  20. yeah this happened to me when i was about 13 and me and my mates were boxing. hurts quite abit
  21. i just train so i can beat my mum up
  22. i usually take a 2L bottle of water but if im going for a hard 3hr session then ill take some cyclone powder in a bottle and fill it up at the end to drink straight after my work out
