I am the Entity known as Zull, and My Chi iz Flawless!
CTpizzaboy replied to Amadeus Zull's topic in Introduce Yourself
 ha. Farting in karate class; everybody have that problem. After every kiai, I'll let out a fart just for good measures. Welcome to the forum. -
Awesome clip jiggy. Things I learned after I watch the movie: 1. Be aggressive. 2. If all fails take off your shirt, they'll be intimidated by your muscular fortitude. 3. start shouting absenity as soon possible. 4. go for the guy near the trailer, he's probrably an inbred and can't fight

Ki is a conterversial subject. Easterner say its real, but westerners are often skeptical to its healing power. No offense but I believe it phsycological and its all have to do on what you believe. Same conterversial subject as the healing power of prayers. There is nothing wrong about it because there is no right or wrong. Who is to argue against a man who has some from of disease and gets healed by unconventional means.

theninja has a point, if you're planning to rob a bank or go on a killing spree, I would not recommend using nunchuck. Its a great weapon but has its limits. Otherwise, jiggy had a great ideal, use the strap-bag. As long as you tell the mugger to give you a couple of minutes for you to take them out.

Its all in the name. If only my name was coolguywithhotgirl life would be good. Welcome Kimaster.

A wise man once said
CTpizzaboy replied to dafabe's topic in Choosing a Martial Art, Comparing Styles, and Cross-Training
Sounds like what Bruce Lee would say. The style sounds like jeetkundo to me. Jeetkundo is not a martial style and it evolves to match the students characteristic and personality. -
My 1st Martial Art Movie
CTpizzaboy replied to Phantasmatic's topic in Martial Arts Gaming, Movies, TV, and Entertainment
Uplink it to the internet so we can see the finished product. -
Sorry, bro, but no one can tell you what the meaning of life is, not even your parents. They can help you find it, but its ultimately up to you. You have got to find it within yourself.

This is like asking me, "Is their an all knowing god?" or "What's at the center of a Charm's Tootsie Pop?" or "Why are ninjas so damn cool?" I don't know. The world may never know. Well, I there is someone who knows the answer to this. He/she or it, is known as the Clitoris. The Clitoris knows all. "On a camping trip, if you must wipe, don't wipe with poison-ivy."

That show was awesome. I like the game where they both have huge stick with foam at the end and they try to knock each other off a beam.

My 1st Martial Art Movie
CTpizzaboy replied to Phantasmatic's topic in Martial Arts Gaming, Movies, TV, and Entertainment
Sounds cool, man. Most action film lacks a plot, but I argue, "Whats there to lack?". As along as you have a ninja, a hot chick to be his wife, and some monkeys, thats all you need. Keep that in mind. -
which martial art is the most focused on kicks?
CTpizzaboy replied to SrDrew's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
Korea styles main emphasis are on kicks. Your best bet is to look at a Taekwondo school. There is not much of any other kind of korean art you can find, unless you live in the big cities. Taekwondo focuses on the sport aspect, but you will learn how to defend yourself and work on footwork. Nothing more than getting a side kick in the ribs to get the sense of combat. But they wear pads and in a real fight you don't have that option. If you want more octane, go into Mauy Thai which is a true contact sport. Yeah you'll get a black eye or a couple of bruises. Hard to find though. Good luck. -
I take Yoshu-kai Karate and we emphasy stepping to the side at a 45 degree angle alot. Its part of our footwork. Blocks are done in a circular motion as in the downward, inner and outer side blocks.

Strange, eh? Don't know about that one. I could, when I was younger, make a face out of the flab of my belly. If you're working your top, bottom and sides, you shouldn't be looking like the Michellin Man. There are some good post on situps. Read those. Water and bread...water and bread...water and bread...water...an........

Importance of Breaking (a minor worry)
CTpizzaboy replied to Eric-TKD's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
Yeah, its been discussed. D'oh!!!!Oh well. Your not missing out if your school does not break wood, or bricks, or cement blocks, or china vases, or Native-American pottery, or people cars. Breaking wood will not teach you how to be a better martial artist. You are probrably new in the martial art as well as this net forum. However, if anyone enjoys breaking, and I do because its a great experience. The kind of experience when you build a Lego car as a kid and then ram it into a wall an hour later. Destruction and mayhem. Its cool. -
Best fight scene ever
CTpizzaboy replied to ramcalgary's topic in Martial Arts Gaming, Movies, TV, and Entertainment
The kicking mastery in that scene was awesome. Brandon Lee and old man in "Rapid Fire"(toward the end) "The Karate Kid"(At tournament, when Danielsan injured his foot and to compensate goes into a crane stance. In the audience, Mr. Miyagi is twirling his hand drum.) Damn that scene bring back memories of being in grade school, and everyone of my friend would go into a crane stance every time they would play-fight. -

I like water.... Water from a my kitchen sink is find, but I rather prefer bottle water. I like mountain spring water, than just spring water. Mountain spring water has that crisp smell, like when you wake up early in the morning and smell the air, before all the cars and buses pollute the air.The kind of water that just rolls down the throat and in the belly, and make you feel all tinglely inside. Kinda like getting high, but not quite... Kinda like kissing a girl when you were ten, but not quite....
