  1. One of my effective kick in sparring is the hook kick. It chambers like a side kick so the opponent does not know whats coming at them. Another is the round house kick but I do not chamber it. Have you seen how Bruce Lee does it? I believe it was in one of his audition video for "The Green Hornet". He does not chamber the kick but just bring his leg up and kick.   3. The art of taekwondo requires one to use his leg more than other martial art but it does should not make your muscles sore unless one is not condition. The most important thing to remember is when kicking in the air during class, one must not imphacise power over techique. I know many people with bad knees and hips.   4. The 360 spinning side-kick is one of the hardest technique since my momuntum is spinning me around, and it becomes a sweep more than a strike. Is there any "inside" tip that can help me???
