TKD blackbelts
jiu-jitsu fighter replied to Azim's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
my neighboor is 8 years old and he is a black belt in tkd, under raymond mourad, canadian olympic champion, i think thats a little ridiculous -
kensai , sparring is sparring and she was kicking my ass, i had no choice my to use all i had, i was not picking on her, she knew what she was doin and than she got angry when i was putting up too much of a fight and she was definately used to my class because it was like her 4th time there, shootfighting and bjj are similar, shoot is karate/judo/wrestling/muaythai/ . sparring is rounds of full force grappling , my instructor doesn't like it when people go easy on each other, you have to work for a submission, i wan't goin to let her take it and plus she has plenty of basics, have you ever been to a bjj class before, the moto is , " ill go as hard as you go" and i told her that and she said fine this woman is a ***** thats it ,thats all

kyle san LISTEN i was helping her technique the first hour of class the last 30 minutes is for sparring, thats that loiloi, not that i have found any, my class is really based on combat thats it, when i studied ninpo it was liek values and stuff, but in my bjj class its pure combatives, but in the other classes theres morals. https://www.montrealmartialarts.com check out where i train

sounds like return of the dragon to me, when bruce is surrounded by 25 people in a small bushido ( or karate) dojo and he beats them all with a pair of nunchucks -

loi loi, that was in the contract it really happened, if you dig hard enough you will fing the contract , theres no doubt about that, the ref could not stop the fight at any costs , thats what happened and both of them agreed to it . loiloi we are not arguing that yakuze would have won anyways, he might have, he might have been better than royce, thats not the point , WATCH THE FIGHT AND YOU WILL SEE, he did not win , and don't argue if you didn't see the whole fight, how would you feel if the referee broke the contract and stopped the fight, you would be pretty upset, this is not a bjj .v.s. judo issue this is a poor judgement issue ,the ref should have give yakuze a yellow card for stalling and he should have continued the fight, dig up the contract and you will see for yourself, otherwise , don't let your ignorance get in the way

she is 27 years old and she has competed in amateur shoot matches(no holds barred) matches in japan , so i thought she could handle a 16 yeard old boy who had 5 months bjj and she has 2 years shootfighting, she was kicking my ass, so i began to use a strong offense as a defense and i wasn't using all my strength as we are taught in bjj to use technique over strength, she is also a full contact muay thai competitor, ok your post seemed like you were giving me a lesson she is wrong theres no doubt about that, i guess you should have been there and the ranks in bjj are, blue, purple, brown, black

i agreee with all of you and , i train 4 times a week and am ready and willing to prove myself in the ucc , https://www.ucczone.ca, but thats not the point, in my class my sifu/sigung/guro allows those interested to participate in his kali class afterwards (optional) to do some weapons traing, im am not interested though i did something to try and understand how traidtional martial arts really work, i learned a jujitsu lock set that my sifu/guro/sigung, learned a long time ago from sifu adriano emperado(founder of kajukenbo) and it was really cool, so i might start including pieces of it into my bjj
