I don't think Zen could be started on the internet. Most beginning zen practice is where a mentor had part of the initial path and has an important role. I would think that you would have to seek a mentor in this field.

I guess we still have to consider a length of study per not a length of set time. Length of study to be that of good ubndertanding of the method(s) before changing.

I dont have to use side kicks as a course. I would think the students know what I expect as I know what they expect.
