Yeh get help youve learnt your lesson the hard way in afraid as i did with my ankle i kept pushing it and just prelonged the recovery time if you cant do upper body exercises you need to have a good nutritional diet aand prehaps if you are able to run,cycle do this as it will help keep the rest of you body in shape leaving only your arms to work on when you get back

  19. Do a business studies course on opening your own business. You will need to look around and get a number of instructors to help you you may want to teach all different styles with yourself just doing the kung fu element
  20. I agree totally a stretching machine would be perfect. I dont judge my stretching because i just get annoyed with myself if i couldnt go as far as i did say yesterday id then try hard and subsequently get injured.

  23. how to improve your endurance have a mainly carbohydrate meal with some essential fats and some protein. You should eat quite alot of protein the night before as this will help repair your body for the next day. The nervousness thing is right under your nose use meditation concentrate on one thing and one thing only nothing exists except that thing. Last of all practice if you know all of your stuff inside out you will pass. Praxtice practice and more practice visualise your katas in your brain while your not doing anything. Drink some Lucozade sport before you test and continue to take sips along with water throught your test if this is allowed. Your guaranteed to have enough energy. One thing i found was if i had the will to pass i forgot about everything getting tired etc
  24. thats a very good point i might add check something if it hurts to see for swelling or otherwise. I was playing footie and i didnt every realise that my ankle had gone. I continued to play and because of that it took about a week before the swelling went down i hadpain but i didnt realise it was that bad till i looked at it. Big mistake if you think your foots swollen you shouldnt take your shoe off or you cant get it back on again.
