So long as your letting it out in a controlled way and not directed at anyone in particular i dont see the problem, martial arts is a great de-stressor for a lot of its practitioners.
yeah, like i always say a lot of powerful striking techniques need to be broken down into the speed section and a power section.... as with a lot of them practicing both can cause some nasty damage.
if you have correct conditioning - its shouldnt be a HUGE problem.... will probably hurt.... but then again the conditioning for fingertips can take AGEs
depends on why you train - to fight? or for personal development?!! so long asyou're getting what u want outfo the training then thats all that matters
the idea was to assume all other things are equal.... but yes i agree generallya fight / sd situation is to chaotic to predict accurately who would win
it wont make a big difference - think about it..... when ur 50 youll have been training 32 years compared to 45 years - proportionately there not a huge difference.
