  1. Instead of that, which you are prepared, in some fashion, get a sparring partner. he does have to be a martial artist. Get him to hold padding from different angles while moving around. You can hit those pads thus achieving the same thing, nut better.
  2. I guess, it also depends on the "quality and manufacturer. Manufacturers should have washing instructions.

  19. MenteReligieuse Gremelin Gung Fu-cannot be performed in "bright light" I had a realtive that was on a "jogging kick". He had used ankle weights. But, he had twisted his ankle severely. From what he had told me, via his doc, that the ankle weight had contributed to the pressure of the twist.

  21. Meditation takes a lot of practice. Start of with a few minutes. Some people say to close the eyes and clear the thoughts. However, as a beginner, perhaps use thoughts, such as a place-beach, forest, etc., to start.
  22. But is BJJ different in techniques than JJJ? And which are? And are their any exactly like AJJ and Aikido, and Judo?
  23. Yes, sparring has many different levels/versions
  24. Kung Fu, is as effective as any other art pending the instructor, student, and situation.
