is it true about red wine?
ok i put a post befroe saying about can you consume alcohol while training and my master says that a glass a day of red wine is healthy and it stops you binge drinking on the weekend hes not much of a drinker but his friend consumes around 4 to 8 glasses of red wine a week and he never binges or gets drunk cos hes in a habit of having it through the week. so heres the question is this a good habit for a moderate drinker doing martial arts or not
