  7. DM has a exclamation on HIS signature now. "the best thing in a real situation has more to do with attiude and fortitude than style." I agree. Great choice of words. I going to have to "steal" it and use it in a self defense session.
  8. I dont think he said world famous. heck, I dont care who he learned from. But, come on, a black belt in five years-OK. But a year later, he has the ego to create a new style?
  9. There was a man that I had met only a few times that practiced this. He didn't get into the detail of it. Basically, the name, his hierarchy. We, a couple of friends and I, in our teens, were practicing in a park. This man, watched us from a park bench. As time went on, we started to notice this man, sitting closer per park bench. Finally, he came over and had asked what we were doing. He was speaking to us about martial arts. He did a little demo. He had us attack him. Boy, did he sent us in different directions. A few of us got better aquainted with him as far as to know where he resided. It has been some time since I spoke with him, I will check to see if he resides in the same area.
  10. Did you take a look at the one I had posted?
  11. Is this a McDojo? https://www.reddragondojo.com This guy, according to HIS own words on HIS own site states: He started training at 20, in the summer of 1997. After 5 years of training he received a black belt. Thus 2002. Then 1 year after that, thus 2003 he created his own style. His website has been up since 2004. That would mean that within 6 years, this guy has the notion to create his own style?
  12. Wow, I am glad that I wasnt the only one. A pic can be misleading.
  13. So, therefore, we can take the actual account of his death? it could not have been anything else that was a cover-up? This is not to state that I am into conspiracy theories.

  17. Ah yes,-Pschology, one if my favorite subjects. Paranoias can be classified into three main categories. Which of the three do you have? -Paranoid Personality Disorder -Delusional (paranoid) Disorder -Paranoid Schizophrenia. I think the original poster has a mild case of Paranoid Personality Disorder.
  18. Never heard of such a group, but such a mentality of ex-TKD practitioners
  19. Yeah, he even has ads in many mags
  20. In short, he was a man. And like man, human, there are flaws and events that occur. The notion that he as a good martial artists is widely accepted. The notion that he was one of the primary people whom bought respect to Asians and Asian fighting systems, is widely accepted. It is always easy to speak about someone after their death. Truth, eabberations, or straight lies will surface.
  21. I knew a couple of Aussies, that when they came here on their travels, they drank Fosters beer all day long.
