  1. I like it!
  2. Yup, if we never bothered training and someone tried to punch us, we wouldnt think about how to best to stop the punch, we'd just put our hands infront of our face and move outta the way. After some training, when somone tries to punch you, you think about applying youre technique effectively. Some more training, and youre back to where you started. You dont think about blocking the punch using so and so technique, you just do it. [ This Message was edited by: Jiggy9 on 2002-01-08 06:09 ]

  17. Thanks KickChick, the information is really appreciated. Infact, I was just searching the net for information in cramps in the foot... I am consistently the victim of vicous foot cramps when I'm the odd 20 meters underwater. It's funny, I cant remember the last time I went scuba diving without getting a cramp in my foot...not only that I also get the identical cramp on the same foot whenever I body board or go surfing. I guess I'll never really understand why, but youre post sure helps! So thanks again. I've also heard that certain minerals in tonic water help to relax the bodies muscles...

  20. Thanks for the link! You might want to check out some of the threads on the topic of Ki/Chi, you could most probably add valuable comments to the discussion! I think they are found in the philosophy section, not too sure however.
