You have to also take into fact that I was a scrawny kid before, and my muscles were waiting to grow. And it was 20 lbs in 3 months It had some fat of course, but thats needed to get maximum muscle growth. Need all the nutrients you can. And unfortuanetly some of the best nutrients also come with some of the worst
