  3. I don't have time in the morning to do any work either...I run in the early evening and do other exercises late at night...before bed. I didn't think metabolic supplement thingies actually did anything...I suppose they speed up your metabolism?
  4. Maybe I'm doing these leg raise things wrong, or just not very strong or something, but it's impossible to do them with your arms crossed over your chest rather than with your hands supporting your buttocks.

  9. That's a good lower ab exercise. I didn't know you were meant to do crunches/situps on an empty stomach...thanks for sharing that. I used to have a wheel like you describe...once you get the hang of it, it's quite good.

Yeah, I agree with DarkMonkey, a black belt is a black belt whatever the age of the holder...if you say that a kid isn't worthy of a black belt, then neither are the adults really, considering they're subjected to the same routines. It stands to reason that an 11 year old wouldn't really be able to beat an adult in a real fight, but that's not what the belts are about.

  16. still though...it stands to reason that if you take pain relief every time you have a pain, you'll weaken your pain-tolerance...and possibly become immune to that type of painkiller, as with antibiotics. Also, I know cough medicine doesn't "get rid" of the cough but merely holds it...so you still have the cough, but just later...maybe aspirin/paracetamol do that too.
