Its is common. I think that the punches to the face should be allowed and to stay around , nothing like a good full contact spar.

A: I think its because BJJ wanted a more agressive and full on approach. B: The pros are that they can hurt alot and can be damaging at times. Cons are that a fighter can still fight with a small joint lock or even a broken one. C: Im not too sure why it isn't allowed in MMA , but i still do it anyways.

True , but there are limits in certain situations. Im not saying you shouldn't be vilonet becasue in the right situation i would kill with my bare hands and wouldn't think twice. Its all about the situation and in that one i would be that viloent. -

yingampyang replied to boyo1991's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
If they have been shot already, breaking bones isn't going to amount to much, either. Basically, if someone is juiced like that, you need two things; distance, and more ammo.Thats a viloent way too look at it. -

Well i have done JKD for 20 years , so i know what im taking about. The books that "bushido_man96" wrote are very good examples of information for JKD and i recomend that you read them. After reading these books and you still are having problems then come back and i will give you some advice for you personally. But JKD is a type of martial arts where you have to put your personality into it , so me telling you what to do isn't doing that. -
