  2. Stance is very important, if you have good stance then you should be fine. Just use your knee in a sweaping motion to block the kick.
  3. It all depends on the situation and then you will see what move is better to use and more damaging.

  11. This is a good idea. 28/2/2008 5:30 start , went for a jog and went over 3 of my styles (katas , and sparing) finished at 12:00 1:00 started at my school and trained my stundents for 2 hours then went home and trained agian in other styles for a futher 4 hours. Day finished.

  13. Yes that sounds right , i would do easily more than a 1000 techniques per workout.
  14. Yes i do use them when i am training my stundents , i think they are very useful for hand eye coridination.

  20. You should always keep it as simple as possible, i have 16 styles and i some how keep it pritty simple lol .
  21. mmmm i think that is a waste of time, and the fight should be over as quickly as possible. I wouldn't waste my time with tossing or spining moves.

  23. The main difference is the elbows like bushido_man96" said. But it all comes down the fighter and what he/she is using and there personal style.
  24. Yes thats good, usually the best way is the simple way.
  25. The more you train and spar , the best you will get. There is a thing in your body called muscle memory , soon your body will remember what it was like and it will go back to the way it use to be. Welcome to the forums!
