Sorry to hear about your bad day also. I know I like to go to the dojo and pound on something or someone when I feel like that. But I try very hard to leave it outside of the dojo and out of my home.
Traymond, I checked it out I also notice that, too. maybe go in and act like your purchasing something and see if it comes up then. If does not don't purchase anything.
I personally have not had a pro force gi but I have purchased it for my son and and it has held up great for him and my sensei has pro force and I know he likes it.
I totally agree with this. I think fitness complements ma in many ways. I think you need the fitness for endurance. That is what I am trying to get straight in my life now, the nutrition part. Trying to cut out fast food, it is hard when is so easy.
Know we take them some where. We did them once with help of a friend and got odd it we did them right we thought but some where we must of left out a something but never again we take them to someone that knows what they are doing.
Very well said. I would not let politics get involve in your training, all it will do is drive you crazy and remember some of the stuff was said under the influence of alcohol and nothing good ever comes out of that in my experience.
I agree with bushido_man the instructor will give you exercise to do at home and show you how to do them correctly. I am saying this if you are not familiar with them you could do your self more harm than good. Here are some basic stretches that you have done in gym class such as bending down and touch your toes keeping your legs straight hold for 10 to 15 seconds, set on the floor and with one leg out and the other one in kind of like a half Indian sit reach and grab your foot and hold 10 to 15 sec. and switch and do the same thing on the other side. Sit Indian style with your back straight and take your hands and push down on your knees the idea is to make your knees touch the floor.
