In My Dojo the kids in school have to maintain a C+ average in school. The parents also have the option of telling the instructor if they are getting into trouble outside of the dojo. If they are they get punished for it in the dojo. (bunny hops and dog walks tend to do the trick) I think to be a good dojo and instructor you have to be concerned with the maturity of your student. You dont want to train a bully techniques that could potentially kill someone. I have broken up fights, talked and calmed down hostile situations, and counciled some on how to keep there cool while maintaining pride. Something that comes with experience. (thats why I believe in teaching as soon as possible.) Learning respect for every situation is another concept I teach.

Type C:\WINDOWS\DelsL1.isu in a search. IF you find a file delete it.

This can be fixed. Run a search with the exact name of the file. If it finds it then delete it. If not the other way is more dangersous. It involves running a registry edit. If the problem isn't affecting anything else on your computer techs usually just say to let it go and just cancel it or whatever, but that would annoy me. By the way the file you listed was what I was looking for. That will help me get some more info on it.

Kickchick, No you do not need to go throught the tutorial if you are familiar with that type of software. It kind of runs like a virus checker. Once you run ad-ware it will tell you what files are spyware. Then you have an options from there what to do. Generally I delete mine with the exception of a dummy file that Kaaza Lite has that needs to run. (it will say something about Cydoor, keep this file if you have kaaza). It is really simple to use. At least the version I have is. ( 5.8 ) I hopefully will have more usefull links in the future. You will probably always be the link queen though.

Do you mean find out what the program you got in the ceral box is? Look on the outside to make sure there aren't certain specifications for the program. You can go to a search engine (I use https://www.google.com) and type in the name of the program and see what that has to offer you. Most things you get in ceral boxes are just cheaply made and never tested. Look on the package and see if you can uninstall that program. If you already have run a defragment and a system scandisk. Those sometimes help even though they may take a long time to get through. Does it tell you what file is corrupt? (Something like C:\windows\system\???\????? ,? marks for file names, ) if so send what that to me and I will research it.

There is such a thing as a natural fighter yes. Also there is such a thing as luck. Getting over confident can hurt you though. I have seen it before with people who have a natural ability to fight. I have also seen them not back down in cases where they should have. Of course you are talking about physical fighting. You can be a natural fighter on a mental level also, but that is a whole other subject. Good Luck and always remember there is always someone worse and there is always someone better.

I dread doing kata. I hate a lot of them. I would never take them out of the system though. Just not my favorite thing. I like sparring. I sometimes don't like the warmups at the beginning but most of the time they are not bad. Usually i'm impatient and want to get to the class. Those nagging injuries from football that make it so I don't want to be someones self defense partner (waza). I usually just deal though.

Kicker, Write down the name of the file that is corrupt or missing. Either send it to me, or post it on here and I will get back to you. If you recently uninstalled a program or installed a program that did not install correctly that may cause this error. Usually its the first if you unistall something. The system (specially microsoft) does not always clear things from the registry and if it is a program that comes up on startup and it has been removed it may cause the error. Of course you may simply just need to re-add that file. If it is anything with Outlook or Internet Explorer sometimes you can repair corrupt files. If this is it i will tell you how to do that. Also your version of windows may help in fixing the problem, so what version do you have? You got to love computers.....one problem usually has 20 solution possibilities. True techs will find the problem lazy ones will just have you reformat the computer. Hope this helps instead of confusing you. Any more questions? I enjoy answering them.

You can simply recopy windows over the version you have. This may fix the corrupted file. Other things depend on the OS. Windows 98 and ME i believe you can run a system scan from DOS if you can avoid the error for a second. You can write down the file that is missing and if you have another computer where you can copy the file that is missing to a disk then you can copy it and then just add that file. Reformatting should allow a DOS prompt. You will need a boot disk to have it load. To get a boot disk you can go to https://www.bootdisk.com and then type in your particular operating system. When something loads for the floppy drive and it is a systems disk it will ask you (depending on the system what you want to do. With windows ME you press shift F5 to go to the command prompt and you format from there. You can also put a system disk in and go to the command prompt and then change your directory for the A:\ to whatever your cd rom drive is (D:\ , E:\, F:\, M:\ are some directories the cd rom might be.) This if you don't want to totally reformat.!!! Once you get into the drive directory you can use the different commands. Private message me if you need any commands. Hope this helps at least a little.

I think you are. When you realize people are watching and learning from you it tends to bring more out of you. Whatever the reason. Some may not want to look bad ect. This open mindedness also improves your ability to teach people. Everyone learns differently so keeping your mind open for any trials is a very good thing. I started teaching at a young age and learned many things from it. With rank you should want to improve yourself but when you teach you should want to improve yourself and improve what others are doing. So you have to know your stuff inside and out. Which makes you concetrate even more on your technique.

I to this day do not know or have ever known any kid who has the maturity for a black belt. On the other hand I know some black belts who are older who do not have the maturity to have a black belt. Maturity and outlook is a very important aspect of getting a black belt in my opinion. As for what age nothing under 15. Even at that age it is hard to come across a mature person.
