Black Belts dont pay for class in my school

Nobody else have any interesting fitness facts?

I will get a whole list. I want it to be elaborate so im going to hold off on it to get the authors correct and the titles correct.

It can help some styles but it can have a negative effect also it cause it to be purely commercial.

Politics cause a lot of anger but the country thrives on the confliction of interests because everything is questioned and looked at 500 times before it even goes up to the presidential level. I just think people should look at what they believe more than what the political party is.

It could work. I do see your point that it could be tampered with. Thats why im doing research on that also. To see if a system could be devised. I dont mean solely on the internet either. Just another way added so more people could vote. The original poles would be open still. I have to do a panel discussion in one of my classes for college. I thought it would be a good idea to ask others how they feel on this. (If you are from another country you must know something about the American voting system in order to give a good response). Im going to include a poll question and a number of other questions. This could be a long winded answer to some of you. That is okay. This is going to help me get data to how the public feels on the system. 1. First is the Poll questions. Please answer it. It is the most important to our discussion. Do you think the voting procedures (in the US) need to be looked at or changed to make it more convient and precise? 2. Do you think the electoral collage is something of the past or would you keep it? 3. Do you think the Popular vote should have more baring. (example: Gore won the popular and Bush won the electorial. 4. If you elect to keep the electoral collage do you think we should give a certain number of electors to the popular vote? 5. How would you change the system. 6. Do you think making it more than one day would help? 7. Do you think adding an internet voting system would help and produce more of a turnout? 8. How much of the "Im a Republican" "Im a Democrat" should be played into the voting. (In other words just because you are republican you vote for the republican.) 9. Do you think the canidates personal lives should be kept out of the ads? With this one do you think the negative ads cause less voter turnout because people just start to not care? 10. Would an Undecided help on the balloting? (this would make it so you don't have to vote on canidates your not sure on) For example if you dont know who you want for the pres but you do for the others on the ballot at that time, then you could go through and vote for who you want and pick undecided for the ones you dont know. This would also make it so the third party nominee doesnt get votes that could very well go to another canidate. 11. Do you think this is an important issue? Take into consideration the Florida voting system. It has caused scandal twice now. The recent elections and the Presidential elections. (the weird thing is President Bushs brother (Jeb) is the gov of that state. (both times went towards republicans) I will and anything I forgot later. Thanks in Advance to any of you who respond.

Linux has an OS out called LINDOWS. It has ticked microsoft off because of the name. It looks cool. If anyone is interested I will add links to screenshots.

My answer is none. You will see my opinion in other threads. It all depends on the person and situation. All you can do is train for a situation which is just as much mental as physical. Keep your mind open and study different styles is what I say. Also styles that you dont have access to study them and learn how they move. Give knowledge credit. Without it you have nothing.

Turning your back and leading with your head are the commons I see. Telegraphing kicks, focusing on wrong spots, are a couple other things.

I know the importance of sleep. I dont get enough and I am paying for it. I dont have very much drive to do any of my old routine. My job, college, and kids take a lot of time. Once I get caught up on my sleep I do plan to workout again. It will be a time when my kids are in bed. So I train at night also. Which actually sometimes helps me sleep better.

I watched Lethal Weapon today. I realized that the small amount of MA in it is grappling and simple strikes. I never relized Mel Gibson put a leg choke hold on the guy at the end till today. The rest have small amounts in them also. Of course the 4th one has a lot because Jet Li plays the bad guy.

I agree with it mostly. There are MA out there who give us all a bad name. On the other hand the ones who help people all the time and are role models rarely get any recognition. That is fine with me. I like to help people and dont need anything but respect of that person for it. You never know where the people you help are going to go in the future. From my experiences MA tend to be more active and creative than a lot of people. I also see MA having better leadership skills. Nothing against people who arent in the MA but I think MA creates a very good opportunity to better yourself.

Most the freshmen class where I am is undecided. The good thing about that is that you get all your core classes done and get the chance to see what the college has to offer. So it really isnt all to bad to be undecided.
