hip hop/rap...........the old school stuff is really kick ass i dont really like the mainstream hip hop like p diddy or jay-z......mostly the more rougher rappers like redman method man, wu tang clan..........a good example of rough hip hop is on the Training Day soundtrack My 2 favourite bands have to be: The Beastie Boys!!!!! they rock! i hope they come to toronto soon im also really into Garbage.....that is a really kool band too! i also really like U2

i feel pretty safe most places that i go........ the key is to again be aware of your surroundings and look assertive.......when you look assertive people will think twice before picking on you if you got your head down you are walking a little slow its gonna look like you are a sucker and people will think that they can take advantage of the situation if im by myself in a bad neighborhood or at a house party where i know i am bound to run into the trouble and i know im gonna be out numbered.......i just bring along my trusy asp!!!! hit a guy over the head with one of those he'll be seeing stars for a good 20 years!!!!!!! hahah

karateka you are a funny guy! anyway last year when i fought in florida which a whole bunch of my other fighting buddies we wanted to have a big victory party in my room. we went to go get some beer from the gift shop of the hotel and all they had was BUD! i HATE bud!!!!!!!!!! we ended up just getting alot of hard liquor and got really trashed that night!!!!!!

its probably your conditioning its like making your heart go from 0-60mph in a second because in that scrap you were in you were probably really calm before then your heart starting going like crazy when your started punching and stuff..........if you are better conditioned this usually wont happen

well if you gotta put a spin in your fighting arsenal why not just stick to spinning kicks? seems more logical because your legs are longer so you can stay a safer distance away from your opponant where as your arms are shorter and when you spin around you are blind for that split second and in the split second u dont know whats going on and when you can see your opponant again it'll be too late cuz they will be ready to deck you every guy i have fought that uses this technique hasnt phased me or second guessed me at all when i see their back............i like it because i know they are pay for it when i see their face after the rotation thats just my opinion though........

yeah spinning back fists are illegal all over canada i dont really like the technique mainly because the danger of hyper-extending your elbow if u do it incorrectly. every american fighter i have fought used them and they havent really scored it on me successfully, and when they spin all the way around they usually meet my right hand or my back leg roundhouse there is also a danger of catching an elbow which i am not too fond of.....

yeah he is busy with school and stuff.......he deserves the time off though cuz he usually fight an average of 30 times a year
