  9. Well a good leg work out for me is just to do shotokan basics and kata, because the stances are so low. However i do do other exercises but thats the main one,

  16. ok i hate when i post something and miss a tiny detail and someone will pounce on it and tear me apart for it. Dont consider the person, just what you think im saying the best or anything just your thoughts, i never said wether it is effective or not i merly suggested someone bring a thought or too about a technique maybe.
  17. Yes, good points i find there are alot of lazy people in martial arts aswell
  18. Very interesting as to your motives for posting that, thank you for your concern but i asure you iam not in a soul search, if iam its sub-conciously. I have no clue as to why you said what you said. Also i take shotokan, so on that note i am really not looking for any advice on that kind of situation but thanks anyway.
  19. What are your overall views of it? What has it become to day, and its effectiveness in real situations and just overall satements about it. Might be able to get something interesting going.
  20. Well im not willing to bet my life on it,
  21. Yea i did a similar thing between leaving muay thai for karate, i found karate much more rewarding.

  23. Yea katas are a great work out, i find no matter how fit you are you can always make yourself very tired in martial arts.
