Oh yes, my new picture http://users.aparition.net/ragebabe/lounge/Jack.asp Natalie, you think you're photogenic? I look about 4 years younger than I do in real life, so don't worry!
-
Wow nat, I won't go too far in saying how good looking are because I'm only 14 and it would be wierd to say too much, but you really do look cute and hot! You seem like a real sweety too (personality) so keep it up and I'm sure you'll find a special someone

Dizziness nausia and shaking after spinning kick?

If you want to train in an art, there is no definitive 'best' art. But if you want a well rounded art with a mixture of striking and grappling, go with Muay Thai, or crosstrain something like TKD with Jiu Jutsu. But there is no best art, its all down to the person. Go forth, and explore what you can do, grow to your own style of fighting!

hehe Rushman, already done -
Basically, don't go there. My family has had a bad experience with some guy from the net who we let visit us, he would phone my brother and get info of him then tell my dad, cause arguments, lie and manipulate them etc.... one of the few strange people not to be trusted from the net there. I may be having a visitor from some-one I've known off the net for the past 8 months, we've talked on the phone a few times and she's no threat. I hope. erp.

Grappling Arts
Jack replied to Kickbutt's topic in BJJ, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and Grappling Martial Arts
Judo, Jiu Jutsu, Brazillian and Gracie Jiu Jutsu, Aikido and Hapikido are all grappling arts. They are all useful for physically weaker people. http://www.kickboxing.com has a lot of links to these arts that you could look into -
I would kiss Patrick for adding this wonderful smiley, but... no. lil' kissies for Deby tho!

Sorry if I cause offence here, but I personally dislike how everyone here is referring to people my age as 'kids' that need 'fun games' for exercise. I am willing to buckle down to some exercise. I would rather go on a rowing machine than play football, I would rather go on an exercise bike than play squash, the same as most people dedicated to fitness and the martial arts at my age. Agree with me here Moobrack

Thanks guys, I'm all better from about 10 minutes after writing that. I was trying to do a Jumping Spinning hook kick, jumping spinning axe kick, spinning hook kick combination... really goes hard on the balance lol Thanks for explaining, and for the advice Take care -

Ray, I'm a Taekwondo student. True I've only been studying almost 8 months, but the benefits are great! When I started I was quite out of shape, not amazingly flexible, not a very confident person. But now I am in quite possibly the best shape of my life, can roundhouse to higher than my own head height and feel quite positive about life and am higher on self esteem. If you want something, don't let doubts hold you back. Doubts hold people back in life but some time or another you just have to learn to go past these. You can do just about anything if you set your mind to it! Oh yes, and welcome to the boards

I've heard they're fine, and I'm not suffering from doing weights, and I'm not wasting 40 quid spent on buying some new weights either!

I am 14, 15 in about 3 months... how about for me to weight train? I have been for a while, and I still get growing pains so I doubt my growth has been stunted
