  1. Also, remember the different types of flexibility: Static, passive, and active. Just because you can nearly do the splits does not mean you will be able to perform a quick high kick!
  2. Hmm, this TKD practicioner and definitely been practicing the sport version, going for all those flashy kicks and not enough hand techniques. This is why TKD gets bad press, through these people training for sport.
  3. Thanks again, I've been really training hard for it, I think I might take some time off now, especially now that I've found out that my darling cat is really ill, breathing problems, and may not live to see next week

  10. It all depends on how young these children are, if they're really young they'll love the witch thing, but if a bit older, then they probably started worrying about "cool" and they'll think the witch is "lame" Don't get me wrong, its a good idea, just the audience could receive it in other ways than you'd expect

  16. I was going to suggest excactly the same as nat has. Work through the move step by step, slowly, and as you get the balance and the experience, speed it up
  17. Yep, Grappling and the like is very good with arm locks, wrist locks, other locks, chokes, takedowns, etc. Would suit your 'good body manipulation' skills pretty well
  18. lol, which Jack do you mean? This could become confusing
  19. Kicker, yes, lowfat... Basically you're eating more, but eating more of the healthy stuff. So if you do weights, then more of the protein from this goes to help you gain more weight in muscle after working out. However, some will be left to gain as fat. If you really want to gain lot of weight in fat, you should reconsider
