  1. Moobrack, I'm your age I knew where they'd go years ago!
  2. I have a few on my computer, but I can't find where I got them from anymore, really quite impressive stuff though!
  3. There is a lot of difference. When sparring, there is no-one with a broken bottle going for you, and it's one-on-one and both people are simply praciticing technique, in a real fight it would be very much more 'realistic' and dangerous.
  4. LOL! Moobrack has girls on the mind today... so do I so... *shrug*
  5. Yep, work them thighs girls!
  6. Welcome to this fine site Max
  7. Yes, I remember watching Bruce Lee's biography on the "Biography channel" He died after working on Enter the Dragon I believe, he was ill after filiming it or something, and needed an asprin which reacted badly with his body, and he died from his brain swelling. I saw it a while ago so I cannot remember properly
  8. Moobrack 1) Comes slowly over your lifetime 2) In the next 10 years - RAWR! 3) hmm, good luck lol! 4) Go for it today! 5) Rap? pfft, Punk Rock is better! 6) Go for it, talk to her a bit so she gets to know you, then ask her out... you could be with her within a week or two if you play your cards right and just go for it. As for me... 1) Reconsile things with my loved one and eventually be together one day 2) Train in the martial arts to reach my highest potential 3) Visit Japan 4) Shallow this one, but - Be able to jump and flip off walls, and flip onto my feet off my back (They're great to watch!) 5) Live somewhere in the country in a nice house with a reasnoble income surrounded by loved ones. I guess, all I can honestly want is to be happy.

  13. No Valn, that's an additional $5. Don't know what to say really, its sad when this sort of thing happens.
  14. I know Ken, it really, and I mean really suprised me... this instructor is like of the nicest people I have ever met, he is always kind, easy to talk to, jovial and the like. I'm just not sure what to think.
  15. But the thing is, the instructor is a nice guy makes a few jokes and smiles and all, we feel relaxed in lessons... confusing
  16. LOL Moobrack
  17. I don't know, she always struck as being a quiet and shy person.
  18. Don't worry, I'm not anti-blonde I just find blonde jokes amusing A Blonde and a Brunette fall off of the top a sky-scraper together? Who reaches the ground first? The Brunette... the blonde has to stop and ask for directions. How do you confuse a blonde? Put her in a circular room and tell her to sit in the corner. How does a blonde confuse you? She comes back out and says she did it. How do you entertain a blond for hours? "Look to the left.... look to the right..." Don't worry, I'm not really a jerk I know a lot of blondes are intelligent and all... but damn i still like the jokes
  19. Submission fighter, you didn't get that? Allow me the partially explain Reading about women getting hot and sweaty, typing with ONE hand, What could the other hand possibly be doing?
  20. Yeah, I always go for a run or shadow boxing when I get bored
  21. In just over a week I shall be returning for the new school year, and I know this is going to change my routine for the worse. I wanted to know, with the bussle of getting up early, getting dressed and eating breakfast, how might I be able to fit in time to get my Metabolism a wakeup call? Is there any exercise which I can do inside just for a few minutes to get my metabolism speedy, or any special other things such as drinking coffee. Any opinions, idea, comments etc. ? Take care Jack
  22. For the last week I've had some of the worst ab workouts in a long while, and was after a reminder on all the proper techniques and how they work. With situps, they tend not to do much for me at all for a long while, so mabye I am making them too easy for myself, and sometimes my back hurts so I KNOW I am doing the technique incorrectly. With crunches, how long should I hold them when my shoulder blades are off the floor... and are there any easier methods of working the lower abs? The leglifts I find difficult, and even after putting on the most motivational music I can on max and really going for it, I end up collapsing and giving up, and I hate myself for it, I definitely need help there. If anybody can help, please do so! Take Care Jack
  23. It was a good lesson throughout and we worked ourselves hard, worked with stance and combinations, alternating between the stances etc. I had been getting really poor sleep lately, 6 hours twice on the days before the lesson. Some woman there, about 18 years of age looked even more tired than me. After the hard lesson, we had to do 100 pressups. And then, the instructor told this woman (Emma) to do 20 situps for not ironing her Dobok, and she said back that she had, so the instructor told her to do 30 burpees for arguing back/questioning him. She had 2 of them half-heartedly, but then just got up, went over to her bag picked it up and walked out of the lesson! This really suprised me, she had been doing Taekwondo for a good 4-5 months and she just walked out like that. What do you guys/gals think about something like this happening in the Dojang? PS. Later when I was in the car on the way home, I saw her walking along the street dabbing her eyes with a tissue Take Care Jack
