  1. I think the brand name of a Gi is the same as anyone with a preference on a auto. The general thought is to not buy "cheap". That someone will get the "quality" that they pay for.
  2. Yeah, but why keep the hands up? Is it for competition? Is it neccessary for self defense? I ponder upon the need for this like shin and knuckle conditioning. In a modern society, whereas people have to work and earn a living, isn't this over-rated? The long term detremental effects are not just the factor. Why continue to waste effort on these whereas the same effort could be made on something beneficial along the lines of self-defense or other body health improvement? Rocky Marciano was such a hard hitter, that he would actually pound the arms of his opponet in order to weaken their guard. But, such as the case in training to keep the hands up, shin and knuckle conditioning, what purpose, other than contact competition, do they serve? And in the decades to come and past, such a practitioner would perhaps discontinue it anyway.
  3. Mine doesnt not even sound like that. it sound like a loud cry/grunt. The loudest that I have done it was felt by some students present. It was my loudest, that immediately afterwards, I had to go to the latrine

  5. Boxing may lack kicks, but where it lacks in kicking has made up in footwork and receiving blows.
  6. To complain, does not mean to try and do something. per what if either candidate did not suit the voter, or non-voter to vote. Maybe some are lazy, others didn't agree with any issues from either canditate, some believe that it is pointless, given the lies and deceit from the polticians.
  7. Kicking on the ground as effective than standing or up-right?
  8. So instead of saying effective, say preferred.
  9. it has been said; to change the institution you have to be part of the institution. The institution is not going to change rather one is a part or not. There are underlying principals that won't allow change. Voting is a waste of time on the national level. A "no vote" count would stir up some issues and bring recognition. Voters or non-voters-everyone has the right to complain. One is not limited to complainig of that of a voter. Per the foreigner or under-aged-they can complain without being a voter. In the case of a voter, they exercise their conception that there voice will be heard-which it does not always happen. The presidency was already planned before the voters got to vote. Non voters can complain that there wasn't a choice, from either candidate to which issues had suited them (non-voter). So, therfore, if there is no choice, there is no vote. So thus a non-voter can complain. Complaints are not limited to voters.
  10. anyone can complain anytime they want to
  11. I can see how he can affix that much weight. It all sounds too fabricated.
  12. But here and there IS the difference. Non-voters are demonstraing their complaint in the system by non-voting. This IS what you cannot realize. They are complaining anyway. It is anyone's right to complain-period.
