well, to understand where i got my avatar, you have to know where i got my sn. in my old school in a tournament i used a reverse blade sword that my sensei had in a tournament and some people called me the battousai. i had no idea where it came from. a few years later i was in mexico watching cartoon network because i had nothing better to do because i'm a dork and saw rurouni kenshin, the real battousai. i more or less liked the show and found out one of my friends had the whole series on dvd including the OVAs. i saw the OVAs and liked them very much. the picture on my avatar is from that; i thought that scene was the most powerful scene in the entire series.

i think it's just taking a martial art, and altering it a little so it's designed a little more to score points or pin someone instead of going for a kill. techniques are created that are meant to just tap a target area or look snazzy

hey, i feel for ya. yeah, i do my math on the computer because i'm so god awful at math (i have no idea how i managed to advance so far in science without any math skills ), and if i wasn't able to do extra work at home i'd never have been able to complete it. however, in all fairness, i rarely did any work at school anyway. i had a small tendancy to stroll away on random website, which is, ironically, how i stubled across karate forums

But I could be mistaken " i think so too, but i think he made them whenever he was in front of anyone, just to make people say "holy $%@!". i wouldn't be at all surprised if he made other noises or no noises at all when he was training alone.

i still haven't heard their new single, i don't listen to the radio or watch music tv; as fireka stated, there's to much mindless crap. and how can you say that the piano is easy!?! there are so many keys and you have to use so many fingers at so many speeds and the notes go by so fast! the marimba is hard enough, i can't imagine having to play piano!
