There's a haunted hotel in New Orleans. A friend of mine took his wife there for a few days. They didn't experience anything out of the ordinary though. I have seen this hotel on the Travel channel. People usually leave after one night, the program said. For what it's worth.

Well, I have been taking GS HCL and chondroiton for about a week and I can already tell a little difference. The label says that the HCL version is more readily absorbed by the body. Has anyone heard this before? My hip is not popping quite as much in this last week. Could be the GS, could be a blessing from God. Who knows. Somebody do some friggin' study already! Pilsung!

Our school requires a written portion for anyone testing for blackbelt or higher. So far the theme has been, "What do you like about TKD and what has it done for you?" Can't wait 'til I get my chance. Just a couple more years I think.

40lb bags are generally used for children or light hand work. Definatley not for kicking. A 70lb bag is a good overall weight to use for a good workout and is not all that heavy for moving around. That is the size I enjoyed using when I owned my own bag.

Good point monkeygirl! Seems to me that rabid hamster is just bored with TKD !! That could never happen?!?!? If you are not enjoying the art, pick a new one that will excite you. If you can't find one that does, then you should probably find a new hobby or pasttime.

Doens't matter either way for me. Smashed fingers only hurt for a little while. But, a broken finger wouldn't be a good thing. Ouch!
