I used my cell phone to wake up in some circunstances , but I lost my cell phone , so I have to buy one. Anyway , I ve thrown my cell against the head of a friend when playing a kind of drunken monopoly .The cell survived very well , my friend had to put ice on his head.

Surfing the web , I have seen an article about a movie of the 70´s . featuring a fight between Casius clay and Rocky Marciano (they joined the fil acting as themselves). They say they used ´´ computer tech´´ ( imagine what could be at that era ) to determine who would win that fight ( impossible to do , cuz Rocky was so old) . THe machine gave as result : ´´ Rocky marciano would win in round 12´´. What do you think about that ? I think is kinda crappy-.-----

I watched too many movies of Rocky , and I would like to do those too.... I can´t do one handed . I bench press more than 260 pounds , and can do tons of regular push ups ( once I did 105 at higschool) .... I don´t know why I cannnnnnnnn´´t Any way....those push ups are for show ... But I love them.

What ´s the difference between catch wrestling and regular one ?

I tried the mace against a piece of paper , and some of the fog came to me...I have some very light dificulty to breath. I was 3 feet away from the sheet. So is true that you may intoxicate yourself in a small place. I ´ve heard of some cops in many countries using a form of mace. Here , they use mace sometimes , and mace grenades.

If she is armed.....I don´t care the gender...Male , female or hermaphrodite , are dangerous with weapons.So If a girl wanna kill me with a shot gun..I would do anything to stop her. I hate to hit women... But a girl who wants to kill me , is not a princess. When I was in highschool , an ugly big mad girl liked me....Of course , I did not like her....Then she started to hate me , and tried to hit me several times....I just avoided her , but once...I was sitted and writing some stuff and she suddenly punched me in my face very hard. I was very angry , so I pushed her , and she went to the floor. The school principal called my parents and I got 1 day suspention.

The criminals or the street litter always say things like : I gonna shoot you , I got a gun.... I will nail you , etc..... I throw Ice cubes from my balcony ( floor 12) , aiming some evil drunks who make noise and fight each other at night. And many times I hit the objetive.

I have broken about 4 alarm clocks . I use those w/o cable (just battery)...and I hit them while sleeping... The other day I woke up and the clock was destroyed in the floor. That is why I but cheap clocks.

Well....Beer does not change my performance , but difficults the definition of my muscles.... I am kinda muscular , but the beer belly does not want to go away.

I think you may use the mace and then hit the bad guy , and look if the man has some cold weapon or a gun

Yes...I did sprauling , but I went to the floor later ( not by the takedown), , after the clinch. Yes , that was the case , I wasn´t mounted , but the big guy was on top ....plus I have my both knees damaged ( from the saturday training). I barely could move... As bushido said .... I gotta try harder....But anyway...losing does not feel good... I remember when I started boxing and Used to eat punches every time....with time I became at least decent

Hi.....I have more experience in striking than grappling. I have noticed that you can play defense and counter attack in box , but In grappling, is more hard to counter attack. When standing, I don´t know why , but I wait to be attacked and then I do my best. Today , I sparred against a 220 lbs guy and I am about 190 -195 . He tried to do a double leg take down , but couldnt. Then , we went to the clinch ( about 15 seconds ). And he drove me to the flor when I lost my balance. He fell on me , and I lost because I could not breath with his chest on my face... I tried to roll , or change to the guard , but couldnt do that w/o air..... I had to surrender.......... I feel kinda bad about that....

Hi guys . I m back to the forum..I was out of town I am starting vale tudo (. I dropped Kung Fu , and KB). I watched some clases ,and its AWESOME . They put a lot of emphasis on luta livre and ground work . I would like to know the difference between luta livre and BJJ , please.

Hey.... I bought a long heavy bag ( that allows low kicks) for my bedroom , it´s very resistant , and cool. I filled it 50 percent with salt ( wide grains ) instead of sand in the bottom and rugs in the top..its ok for now....but is toooo hard But I ´ll keep workin until the pain is gone :

Maybe try to lead people to the floor is part of the animal intinct. I am very sad with the global politics about self defense....Decent people have always to think that probably can go to jail because killing an agressive bum
