In shotokan i have never used weapons in the dojo. To be honest i find them quite scary.

Gutted that England are out. Credit to them though them though they battled through with only ten men after Rooney was sent off, they still didnt let Portugal score. Ronaldo will be in trouble at the Man united ground for his attitude and Rooney was well out of order for stamping on the Portugese player. Such a shame we are crap at penalties! Why are the 'others' taking people?

Does anyone know of a PS2 football game where i can actually play in the world cup? Not just manage teams. I have fifa o6 on my ps2 but i cant see an option to play in the world cup. Kez xx

Last night i just watched the episode where Jack, Sawyer, locke and Kate go in search of Richard. They end up meeting up with that bearded man but he didnt give much away really, he know has Micheal doesn't he? And why did he take Walt and the other people?

Ps2 is fab, i recommend you get that, the price for it has come right down now. Although the X Box if fab too it's dearer. I would love an X Box but can't afford it. Like someone else mentioned there are loads and loads of games available on the ps2, with an easy choice of suitable one's for your daughter. Have a look on ebay, you may be able to get a good deal on there. Just be prepared for her eyes to be glued on the games and her developing selective hearing when 'mum' shouts her! Lol Kez xx

I agree i love mawasi geri, and reverse mawasi geri. I find sidekicks difficult to execute properly in a sparring situation. But i like also the side snap kick

Well i had it done. I got to the hospital at 1pm and went to theatre at 4pm. I had local anestetic and sedation. I didn't feel a thing pain wise but i hated the whole experience, they had to keep giving me sedation cos my heart kept palpatating. Afterwards i couldn't speak very well. I had to have stitches in my gums because there was a hole in the tooth and it broke in half when they were taking it out! Anyway today i am very sore and a little bit swollen but im glad it's out...no more infections for me! Kez xx

Such a shame. People like that don't deserve to drive, i can't abide by drink drivers. I hope the dojo gets sorted soon and i'm glad no-one was hurt. Kez xx
