Ok, disregard the hourglass stance. However, I still need the others. Thanks!

Thanks for the drill, cathal. I think I will maybe give it a try sometime. I may have enough room to do it in the kitchen at work at night! You had me up until this section here, though: Could you translate those moves for me? Also, I am a little off as to what the hour glass stance. Could you give me a simple equivalent? Thanks, cathal.

When I am in a comfortable environment, even with non-MA friends in a non-MA environment, I will mess around with them a little from time to time. But around others, like at a party, I like to keep it low-key. Someone at a party or at a bar hears your into MA, and then you get the challenge match. I don't want that.

Ouch! That stings!

I am going to try. There is this new place in town where I would like to take her to get a drink sometime, because she can finally drink again, but I work nights, and can't really drink before I go to work.

Sounds like a load of a good time to me! Except for getting sick. I hate getting sick.

I don't know about that, I got mine in less than a year here!

Ooooh, now that would be fun!

Years ago, I played MechWarrior 2 on-line quite a bit, but nothing really since. I have a brother who does Halo from time to time, and he is big into World of Warcraft. Besides, if I did on-line gaming, I wouldn't have as much time to spend here!

Thanks for the kind words. I have already suggested doing it again, and now that she knows we can do it and she doesn't have to worry about the kids at home the whole time, she will be more willing to do so.

Well, pooh! Playing the Browns was just what I thought it could be...a trap game. The Chiefs just didn't get it done, and they could have put some distance between themselves and the rest of the wild card hopefuls. Now, they have to win their last division games, and some tough ones with Baltimore and Jacksonville. On the upside, the offense looked great. Trent Green showed that putting him back in at QB proves he is the starter, and Tony Gonzalez had a great game. If Tony has a few years left in him, and I think he does, he will finish as the top Tight End in all statistical categories in NFL history, dethroning arch-rival Denver Bronco Shannon Sharpe! (On a side note, I finally figured out what all the WHO-DEY stuff is about )

We set up our tree yesterday. It was so funny, trying to put things on, while my 1 year old was trying to pull things off! Had to laugh. Today, though, he isn't trying to pull the tree down yet. Keep my fingers crossed!

I guess I do like Old Navy; we don't have a store nearby, though, and only get to shop at one maybe a couple times a year.

I am 28, and will be 29 in January.

I keep mine short, but not buzzed. I like to be able to comb it, but don't like it long in the back.

I hope it works out for ya! Cheers!

You can do push-ups with a wider space between your hands, and the elbows bending perpindicular to your body. This will work your chest more, in my experience. If you keep your hands just outside your shoulders, and bend your elbows parallel to your body, you will hit the triceps more; this is how I like to do them.

question regarding workout, and muscle rest
bushido_man96 replied to DaChroniclez's topic in Health and Fitness
Generally, as said above, 48 to 72 hours of rest will recuperate the muscles. If you do plyometrics, you want 72 hours minimum between workouts. It sounds to me like you may have overtrained your legs this early getting back into it. I would wait a few extra days, and then try a more moderate building process. -
twist kick advice

I enjoy doing Gae Baek a lot. I do it with a lot of power, and since there are no slow moves in it, I think it fits my body style well. -
u probably have but you call it something different heh Nope. I know what it is, and have never sat they way for any time longer than, say, 20 seconds. wow...did your class not do it?? or you just didn't want to? We just never did it. All of our bows were standing bows. I don't think it is as big a thing in Korean styles.
