Does anyone know how to join the UFC? One of my freinds wants to join when he gets out of school, and I might too. I just can't find information on joining. Any help woul be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
two 25 pound weight dishes, a wall mounted workout setup using elastic cords for resistance, weighted gloves, some running shoes, and some sports outfits. And I forgot, new sparring pads.
I do shorin ryu, and it has next to no crane style fighting at all. If I had to liken it to a kung fu, it would be dragon. Okinawan Karate came from Chinese Kung fu, and Japanese kickboxing. They blended the hard (Japanese) with the soft (kung fu) to make the Okinawan Karate styles.
