  1. Boy, that is D-sgusting!
  2. oh, yes run a search on googles images option for mrs. olimpia and see for yourself.
  3. kicking with the back leg is a bad idea? um..... NO. spinning round kicks very good because you can break theyre arm when they block or their ribs when they dont block. Can't generate anything close to that power with th front leg.
  4. they can get pretty big but they lack the hormones to get humongous. They will lose their boobs though, and that's even nastier.
  5. gees! you must be madly excited! im not even close to black. Testing for green this saturday.
  6. gold dragon's postin again! I say either an Okinawan Karate with traditional jui jitsu or muay tai and bjj. I like the first combo better. I wonder if "muay tai is not supior!'' is a thread.
  7. Maybe because......... KARATE ISN'T DESIGHNED FOR A GAME! I'ts desighned for a real fight. I have taken karate for just 2 years, even a little less than that, and I know for sure I can take care of myself.
  8. What could possibly be the point of soooooo many katas?
  9. I'm 14, so I don't have to worry about money Plus high scool is so easy I don't even have to try and I don't have any homework. boy it's gonna suck when I grow up
  10. muay tai has a faster pay off, so a muay tai practitioner of 6 months would beat a Karate practitioner of 6 months, but after that time in Karate you've learned the basic stances, blocks, and attacks so you start working on stuff like arm bars and hip throws and things, so a Karate practitioner of 2 years would have a big advantage over a muay tai practitioner of 2 years, because Karate is a more complete art. So it depends on if you need the art for a short term or long term basis. If you have the time and dedication I would say and Okinawan Karate would be the best style for self-defence. (see sig.)
  11. Zen sure is strange. Whoever invented it must have been a little awkward.
  12. I was talkin what's stronger not more effective.
  13. nelly's #1 is the best workout song thier is. That's not an opinion.
  14. What the heck do you think body builders do to get so buff? Run? of course it makes you build muscle!
  15. I get charged 50$ a month. To test, it's 20$ for the test, new belt, and a test sheet for next time.
  16. Kirby, my advice is make sure you stretch all the muscles you excercised when you work out to release lactic acid. That's (mainly) what makes you sore the next day.
  17. If you have a bench then do bench press for your pecs. How much do you bench? it seems to increase your pec size alot if you can bench alot. I'm trying to do 200 when im 15.
  18. I think for traditional styles, the best combo is an okinawan karate and a traditional jui-jitsu. For modern MA, BJJ and Muay tai. I like the traditional combo better.
  19. It's a pretty kick ass game. I have it on pc. i downloaded it from kazaa.
  20. Eye of the tiger, I wouldn't expect you to know the perfect man- you havn't met me!
  21. I WOULD SAY THAT SIZE DOESN'T MATTER, STRENGTH DOES. IT JUST HAPPENS THAT BIGGER GUYS ARE USSUALLY STRONGER. THAT IS WHY THEY USSUALLY WIN, BECAUSE THEY'RE STRONGER, NOT BECAUSE THERE TALLER. IF THE SHORTER GUY IS STRONGER, THAN HE HAS THE ADVANTAGE.
  22. MY SIGHN IS TIGER AND MY ELEMENT IS FIRE. IMO THE KEWLEST COMBO.
  23. Seriuosly, it's the oldest and biggest Okinawan style. I would strongly suggest it if it's street defence and power your looking for.
  24. This seems like an obvious question. Of course being stronger is going to make you hit harder! My instructor said you should spend 80% of your exersize on training and 20% practicing. He's in his mid 40's and can still bench well over 200 and he runs three miles every morning. And if an older guy could kick my @$$ as easily as he can, I'll take his word on how to train.
