G95champ, 315 is cra-z strong man! r u in your thirties or twenties? 15 more pounds and you reach average break limit! Work extra hard for that last little bit of weight. I am 14, 5'10",130lbs. I bench 165, clean 120 squat I dont max on cuz it's dangerous, but I'll guess around 250 and deadlift about 170.
