  20. G95champ, 315 is cra-z strong man! r u in your thirties or twenties? 15 more pounds and you reach average break limit! Work extra hard for that last little bit of weight. I am 14, 5'10",130lbs. I bench 165, clean 120 squat I dont max on cuz it's dangerous, but I'll guess around 250 and deadlift about 170.   23. You will have a solid wrist (you won't need hand wraps as bad.) and you wont twist or sprain your wrist.
  24. hey three 60, trust me on this. lay on your back. Point your legs straight up in the air. Grab a couch behind you. now use just yo abs to lift your butt off the ground.
