my friend had a pair of adidas tae kwon do shoes and she doesnt do martial arts and there wore out really quick on the street. (they have like almost no sole) and way i tryed them on and they're really nice and i would recomend them. ive never sparred with them but there were nice.

i think mauy thai is just as cool as san shou! i like san shou though coz its like judo and kickboxing together which is basically what i do.

judo doesnt have Atemi waza. thats why you never heard it in judo.

i like the point above the lip. works well if they get you in a head lock. what art do you do? back to the original point big people, its easyer to hit points on them and to hit them in general. hit them in the groin and knee.

i wouldnt. i cant really anyway. but i dont think its the most effective attack that you can do.

well im guessing all the break-falls, front, back, rolling break-falls etc. umm mayb some strikes? i dont know just guessing. tells us some more about your art?
