i have a speeking in front of people problem to but i find its ok after about 5 seconds of talking. its just about doin it lots then you get used to it. face your fears.

well i think that jujitsu will be better for self defence then kickboxing. and no muscle doesnt make your punching speed slower. if anything it will make it faster with the right excersizes.
oh my god if you lose cope with it! i mean i know they've got a reputation but losing once doesnt mean your bad it just means you've found someone better.
i was just trying to work out hip thorw to armbar. i was puzzled about what kinda armbar you would use? i was thinking that chinesse armbar (i think thats what its called) would be the best to use.
