  1. i will try it again later. i love aikido!!! i have to find somewhere to study it. but in the mean time what are the best books on the subject.

  4. i tryed the unbendble arm. it was really hard and i never managed to do it. i just totally relaxed and did everything, but then my friend just bent it really easyly and it was like there was no resistance. can you give me any tips or things to think about. thnaks

  7. i found this, its Jacks' abs workout. its good really makes you work. 8 Reverse Crunches 8 Crunches 8 Crunch Twists 8 Side V-ups (8 on each side) 8 Reverse Trunk Twists I do movements straight after another, using 3 "supersets" Every week, I up the amount of reps by 2, when a plateau is reached, I keep the same or lower amount of reps for that week. If that fails, which it hasn't yet, I'll start using a different abs routine for a few months before returning to this.
  8. if you had to give up your art/s that you do at the moment what would you do imstead? i think i would do san shou because it combines ju jitsu (the judo part) and kickboxing which is already what i do. so i think it would be a good art for me to do.

  18. well mauy thai will be good for selfdefence when you get good. it is quick to learn and powerful. it depends on the fighter as to who wins between different arts.
