yeh i know what you mean. i was walking into the dojo wearing my gi and these 3 teenage girls laughed at me. they dont even know what i do but they laugh? stupid in my mind. -

we had to do a little bit of teaching today and he taught us: C lear L oud A s an order P auses then everyone had to go up and teach a stretch or warmup with what there doing and why and stuff. this post is for posting any tips for other teachers. even though youve probably already worked it all out.

wow this is the 3rd thing tonight i have agreed with you on G95champ. but i usually treat everywhere yellow, part from home and stuff. keep up the good ideas!

i tihnk that our kickboxing sempai is more of a drill sargent with a hint of a coach. but my jujitsu sensei is more coach and less drill sargent and hes cool. he doesnt take messing around but can have a joke and is respected because of it. good combaination.

i agree with G95champ i dont wanna be reponsable for things guys knees. a choke is a far better way of making sure the threat is no longer a threat, whilst still making sure the drunken guy who doesnt know what hes doing can walk the nest morning.

i always try and pay attention and look behind me when im walking in places that could b unsafe or if someone could aprouch me easily from behind. my mates think im stupid and parranoad. but hay i feel better.

i think the best thing about small circle is the variaty of things we get learn. i especially like pressure points there fun and quite funny at times! i love the sytle and will never stop (hopfully )

im trying to do the splits but i dont think it will be to bad if i dont. i wont be to disapointed.

the edan project was quite interesting. i went this year the domes are amazingly big and spectaculer if any of you get a chance go see it.

i spar usually once a week at kickboxing and usually we do randori or groundwork at jujitsu.
