  1. i train at a YMCA and the instructror is very good and knowledge able. its all down to the instructor, if he/shes good them the place will be good.

  3. i am hopefully going to a seminar + grading with the Grandmaster Rhee. i dont really know what to expect. can anyone give me some pointers? if you have been to a seminar what was it like? what do you get up to?

  14. hi everyone, ive resently become very interested in escrima sticks after doing some drills in class. anyone here know any good sites for techniques or drills? im also quite interested in buying some so if anyone knows where i could get my hands on some good quality ones (from the UK please) id be very happy. does anyone else on this board have any experience in escrima sticks?

  17. yeah i got it from there chris. and yeah the uke is abit robotic, but those techniques are still good. the thing i find funny is that theres only one guy who gets beaten on almost every page of the book! poor guy........
